Returns Policy

Every item we sell comes with a full 21 day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll exchange it or refund your money for material only minus a 20% restocking fee.

Exchanges: if you wish to exchange a purchase, (if you ordered the wrong height or color, etc), you may do so. There will be a 20% restock fee for the items purchased and any difference in price as well as any shipping fees for the new item will be applied.

All returns MUST be approved in advanced and must have an Return Authorization number (RA#). Unapproved returns will not be credited and shipment will be refused. KE Hardware / Table Legs Online reserves the right to correct all possible issues with an order including damages, miss-shipments, or other errors before being granted a Return Authorization.

Return criteria:

  1. Return it within 21 days of receipt.
  2. Materials must arrive within 14 business days after date of authorization.
  3. Return all the parts that Table Legs Online included with the product.
  4. Products are to be returned in the package originally supplied by the manufacturer in resalable condition.

Custom orders, table tops, or custom cuts are non-returnable.

E-mail us at, provide us with the original order number, the product you want to return or exchange, the reason for the return, and your name, daytime telephone number and e-mail address. We will promptly return your e-mail authorizing the return. Be sure to include your RA# and return the item(s) to:

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items back to KE Hardware / Table Legs Online. Be sure to use a shipping company (UPS, DHL, FedEx or USPS) that can track and insure your return, Table Legs Online Inc. can not be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Any orders that are able to be canceled are subject to an 8% processing fee, and must be done within 24 hours of the original order date. Cancellations MUST be confirmed and acknowledged by a customer service representative at
