Returns Policy for Table Legs Online
Returns:
Every item we sell comes with a full 21 day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll exchange it or refund your money for material only minus a 20% restocking fee.
All returns MUST be approved in advanced and must have an Return Authorization number (RA#). Unapproved returns will not be credited and shipment will be refused.
Return criteria:
1. Return it within 21 days.
2. Materials must arrive within 14 business days after date of authorization.
3. Return all the parts that Table Legs Online included with the product.
4. Products are to be returned in the package originally supplied by the manufacturer in resalable condition.
Custom orders, table tops, or custom cuts are non-returnable.
E-mail us at sales@tablelegsonline.com, provide us with the original order number, the product you want to return or exchange, the reason for the return, and your name, daytime telephone number and e-mail address. We will promptly return your e-mail authorizing the return. Be sure to include your RA# and return the item(s) to:

Be sure to use a shipping company (UPS, DHL, FedEx or USPS) that can track and insure your return, Table Legs Online Inc. can not be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Cancellations:
Any orders that are able to be canceled are subject to a 8% processing fee, and must be done within 24 hours.
